T E R M S  O F  D E L I V E R Y

Grapes must be delivered on the following terms:

• The Buyer will notify the Farmer at least three days before harvesting should begin

• If it is decided that the Farmer will deliver the grapes, he will receive R1.00 per ton per km (both ways) for the delivery

• The Farmer will supply the Buyer and GrapeNet with an invoice within 10 days of the last delivery

• The Buyer will pay the Farmer 50% of the full amount due within 30 days of the last delivery

• The Buyer will pay the Farmer the balance due within 60 days of the final delivery

• The Buyer and Farmer will each pay GrapeNet a commission of 3% on the full price within 60 days of the final delivery

• To assure a successful process, both Farmer and Buyer  need to enter into a contract with GrapeNet once a Buyer is interested in a specific block of grapes
