CABERNET SAUVIGNON/SHIRAZ 2009

Last year, we had a dream of making our own wine from our prized Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on the slopes of the Simonsberg. We envisaged a supple, smooth red wine with loads of fruit expression; a wine to drink in front of the fire on a Cape winter’s night; something delicious to share with our friends around the dinner table; a sensual wine to sip on the veranda in the evening. At last, our beautiful grapes are being turned into wine. Our dream is coming true – and you’re invited to join us.
